Volvo Using Australia as a Test for More Polestar Models?

Australia seems to be the place to go if you want some serious cars.  They already have the Holden Special Vehicles Gen-F and the 250 horse Volvo S60 T5.  But now, according to Autoblog.com and Drive.com.au, Volvo Australia chief Matt Braid and Polestar Managing Director Hans Baath are using Oz as a test market for the high-performance S60 Polestar and (potentially) other future Polestar models. 

We got a close look at the S60 Polestar at the Chicago Auto Show this year.  It’s a good looking car.  Polestar could give the big boys like BMW M, Audi S/ RS and Mercedes AMG a run for their money.  Like I said, Australia is getting some fun toys.  For the full story, click here.
