Leaked Photos of Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Look Awfully Good
Lamborghini Huracan… Lamborghini Cabrera… Whatever Lambo is going to call the replacement for the Gallardo, it’s probably going to look like this. Name-wise, I’m banking on Huracan, since that’s what the license plate says, and Lamboghini trademarked the name back in April of 2012.
If you look closely at the photos of the Lamborghini Huracan, you’ll notice a badge saying LP610-4. That would mean it’s packing 610 horse and all-wheel-drive. That’s 60 horse more than the base Gallardo and 40 more than the Gallardo Superleggera. Yowza! In terms of design, Lamborghini seems to have opted for more curves as opposed to the severe angles and creases of the Aventador, Gallardo and Veneno. It’s almost Noble-like in the trunk line. The interior of the Lamborghini Huracan looks awfully Lambo, though, a bit like the Aventador.
To me, these pics look a lot like real photos of a real car, not another in the cavalcade of renderings that have been popping up since Lamborghini rang the Gallardo’s death knell. Real or not, the Lamborghini Huracan is a lovely car. Don’t forget, Audi is coming close to needing a replacing for the R8. And, since Lambo is a cousin to Audi, we could be getting a 610 horse Audi R8 in a few years. Sounds good to me. But, I guess we’ll have to wait until the official reveal to find out the truth.
